I hoped to start today making work about my favourite gripe of the moment…the bus farce. I was going to do this by taking photos from a two hour bus journey. Annoyingly, the first bus I caught was running late meaning I missed the connecting bus. I ran to the train station & caught a train so I could make it to Cardiff in time for meeting one.

I had a good cuppa & chat with Lisa from Ffotogallery followed by an afternoon of research with Oliver Fairclough a curator at National Museum Wales. It was great to geek out on the William Dyce archive & talk about the work in progress. Thanks to Oliver & Lisa for supporting the project.

I’m now on a two hour bus journey with a pile of books & research papers. Almost out of battery…
